West Elm’s new Pinecrest location was designed to honor Cleveland’s rich manufacturing history. A backing made of maple wood - one of the area’s native trees - deepens the regional connection. The cash wrap features a sculptural assemblage comprised of reclaimed slate triangles cut from blackboards that once hung on the walls of Cleveland schools.
